Lycan Counseling provides online, aka “telehealth,” mental health counseling services to individuals in Washington State. 

Each client will begin with a free 10–20 min phone screening to determine if our services can meet your needs and pair you with the best provider.

What we offer:

- Initial session

- Diagnostic assessment

- Individual therapy

- Letter for gender-affirming surgery

- Parent consultation/training

- Court-ordered services

- Letter for emotional support animal

- Group therapy

Psychosocial / Intake (90 minutes) - $160

Ongoing Sessions (53-60 minutes) - $140

Couples/Family (53-60 minutes) - $150

Gender Care Assessments (1x appointments) - $160

** Structured sliding scale options may be available on request for ongoing therapy appointments.

Our group has providers that accept the following insurances in-network. We do not bill out of network, but will provide a superbill which you can self-submit for reimbursement if your out-of-network plan has coverage.

Please note that our providers choose to opt-in or -out of insurance individually. Not all providers will accept all insurances. This is a complete list of insurances accepted by our group.

** We DO NOT accept Medicaid or Medicare insurances and these do NOT pay out of network. All clients with these insurances would have to sign a waiver to forego all insurance billing for sessions.
