Hi, I’m Nicole!

People often arrive at therapy carrying something they've been holding for a long time. Depression has become a familiar companion. Anxiety that hums beneath the surface of daily life. Patterns that keep repeating, no matter how hard you try to change them. Or the quiet sense that somewhere along the way, you lost touch with who you are becoming. Whatever brought you here, you don't have to keep carrying it alone.
Before becoming a licensed therapist, I spent seven years as a hypnotherapist (similar to a life coach), helping people release old patterns rooted in trauma and step into more meaningful lives. I have also worked as an advocate for survivors of sexual and interpersonal violence. All of that work shaped how I show up in a therapy session, with deep respect for the courage it takes to heal, and a genuine belief in each person's capacity to do so.
Lived experience: My own life has been marked by early loss, adoption, and experiences of abuse and neglect. I have navigated depression, a significant spiritual emergence, and the long, nonlinear work of healing. I maintain a lifelong meditation practice and draw from Buddhism, Eastern philosophies, and nature-based spirituality. These experiences are not separate from my work—they are woven into it. I am a cisgender, White, woman committed to creating a genuinely inclusive space for LGBTQIA2S+ individuals, people of all ethnicities and faiths, and anyone exploring identity, gender, or sexuality, or healing from the impacts of patriarchy and colonization.
Modalities: I draw from Hypnosis, Brainspotting, EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Narrative Therapy, Polyvagal Theory, Breathwork, and Somatic Work. My approach centers on what is held in the body, rewiring the nervous system for safety and releasing emotional associations stored in the unconscious mind. I believe healing is a multi-layered process that integrates mind, body, and spirit. Rather than applying a single framework, I meet each client where they are and honor what fits their particular journey.
Focus: Depression, anxiety, grief and loss, PTSD and C-PTSD, OCD, life transitions, adverse childhood experiences, interpersonal or sexual abuse, and reconnecting to joy, purpose, and a more authentic self.settings.
