Hi, I’m Dee!
they / she
I am a clinical social worker and I believe your goals, dreams, and expertise are central to guiding our process together. My approach to therapy is informed by values of community, disability justice, freedom, and curiosity. I aspire to be direct, kind, empathetic, and a firm proponent of your strengths and capabilities, including those that are still in development.
I focus on behavioral health, grief, somatic tools, and building skills for balance, liberation, community care, and self-actualization. I hope to bring energy, playfulness, attunement, and compassion to sessions.
I hope to support you in achieving your goals, accepting your realities, and fostering your hope. I would be honored to partner with you in self-compassion, accountability, and moving with change. I look forward to hearing from you and thank you for doing what you needed to do to get to today, tomorrow, and eventually, systemic transformation.
