As a dedicated mental health counselor, I am passionate about helping individuals navigate life’s challenges, whether they stem from mental health concerns or everyday struggles. I use a variety of evidence-based therapies tailored to each individual's personal struggles and goals.
I specialize in helping clients shift out of chronic survival responses related to anxiety, depression, trauma, and self-doubt. Once out of survival mode, my work focuses on cognitive reframing, emotional regulation, somatic exercises, reducing avoidance, and preparing for setbacks/relapses to build permanent resilience.
I see my role as a counselor as someone who walks alongside you. I aim to create a space where you can slow down and feel understood. Therapy is most successful when the counselor believes their clients can grow and do the work, and I do believe in my clients.
I have been on the client side many times. I know how overwhelming finding the right therapist is and even being vulnerable with a new person. But I look forward to the opportunity to be a part of your story and make lasting positive change!
